I’d be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy it. This was quite a thrilling experience! I saw it with Abbey & Kim last Thursday night, I’m telling you of all the Holiday movies that were showing, we could’ve easily picked The Descendants (which I was head over heels about). But anywho, this choice I don’t regret at all. From start to finish I was really glad of how they put it together, some parts you would think are unnecessary but they do make it up on the scenes that are badass. My favorite has to be the Dubai Towers scene, which was as equally edge-of-your-seat thrilling as Unstoppable. I haven’t seen a Tom Cruise movie in ages! Plus next summer is gonna be awesome because he’s in Rock of Ages! I’m growing fond of action movies to be honest. I love Paula Patton too:)

A reminder that we, Pinoys still celebrate Christmas the grandest, longest, & happiest.

So Cynthia & I went to see Hugo 3D last Friday, and we were 5 minutes late for the movie because we had too much fun trolling around & looking at shops at the flea market. Just to let y’all know this movie is visually flawless, there was not a minute (or even a second) where I thought it was going off track. I also haven’t used the adjective spectacular, so Imma use that for this, this movie is SPECTACULAR. Having said that, I believe this is probably one of the best movies that showed values about character & family, especially when adversity sets in. It also portrayed what’s inside a kid’s mind: curiosity & adventure. I actually haven’t seen a Scorsese masterpiece yet, except for when I turn on HBO & I take a look at Boardwalk Empire. But anyway, honestly speaking you all should take time to see this.
P.S: I’m in love with Chloe Moretz.
Just saw the trailer, looks like a really good “lady-who’s-a-work-in-progress” movie:)

How could a movie trailer be this beautiful & moving?
